Both of my boys were neutered when they were introduced. Chip has always been dog friendly, but for some reason, I think he knew we were bringing Smokey home, because he was nasty towards him and he just isn't like that. Chip was very mean for about 2 weeks and we had some bad fights for awhile. The lady we got Smokey from said to not correct Chip for being like that because it's natural and he was there first. She said if you correct any one correct Smokey.
Make sure you give Buddy lots of attention with Drake around that way he doesn't feel replaced. If you give them a treat, give Buddy his first. If you give them a toy, give Buddy his first. Do everything with Buddy first. Maybe take Buddy out to a park or something by himself. Make sure Buddy knows you still love him.
Be patient... it will work out in the end. One thing they are also trying to do is find pack order. Dogs are pack animals and one has to be dominant over the other one. Since they are both un-neutered males, they will be doing this more than ever. Once they figure out who is more dominant, things will settle down.
My two LOVE each other now. They can't be apart or they start crying. When we take them to the groomer's (the same person we got Smokey from), she says that Chip turns into wolf dog when she takes Smokey to groom him.
