Shaking in a young Yorkie puppy who isn't in hypoglycemia and lack of coordination/trouble walking are two symptoms of liver problems.
This doesn't happen about two hours after he eats, right?
It could be Lyme's, so that is something to test for but I think I'd let the vet do a full work-up. When did this start? If your pup has been doing this since birth, then I would guess it is a developmental problem.
