what do you feed your baby? I feed raw and I notice that Gracie sometimes will go a day without a bm so.. but every case is diff. Gracie also when I first got her she didnt have a bm for the first 3 days... so maybe could your baby be in any kind of stress??? thats my 2 cents good luck... if it worries you that much call your vet... they should know something.
