I need a custom made harness for my daschund, Spike. I have tried every store bought harness under the sun and ALL of them chafe his skin and give him horrible rashes on his chest. Also, they are not as long and pull really tight under his 'armpits' which also gives him rashes. So it needs to be a soft non-chafing material that is slightly longer than a regular harness.

I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this. I miss walking my baby in the park.
