Dog toys are threatening to overrun the house, so today I decided to sort through the THREE containers of them that have been cluttering up the living room. All the rubber toys that they don't play with are getting washed and sterilized and sent to a shelter. Another big bag of demolished toys will go in the trash.

Well, that's the plan. Eddie is throwing a fit. First, he wanted up on the sink to see WTH I was doing with the rubber toys. He barked relentlessly until I gave in, then he stuck his nose in the sudsy water. After that, he dove headfirst into the bag of what amounts to rags and made off with a couple of old favorites.

Now my wife, a hoarder in her own right, wants to go through everything I'm planning on getting rid of. I can't win.
