i think you're right. each dog has their own distinct personality. it depends on how they were raised and trained--don't you all agree? my little one is very friendly and social. when i take him out for walks and he sees another dog, he'll immediately run up to them and sniff and say hi. then when i pull him away so the other dog owner can be on his way, my baby will start to cry. that's the main reason why i want a playmate for him.
