That could very well be the cause. When Fiona turned 5 months old she lost 3 teeth that day, and her mouth stunk! Probably from the dried blood! She should be young enough where you can start her on brushing her teeth. if you have to, get a baby toothbrush, or, just get some toothpaste (of course made for dogs, since ours has too many harsh ingriediants for dogs) and put some on your finger, and just use your finger, so she gets the idea of it.
