no fish is not high in fat -- salmon is higher in that but not cod -- white fish -but wait and see but I do not think you have anything to worry about -- they probably sent out for cpli and tli test.

My dee dee has high lipase on all her tests so that is why i think you need to do the pre and post bile acids. Amylase and lipase both being high is supposedly tied to pancreas but like i said before not really a concern for most -- lipase alone high then i would be checking the liver.

Let us know how it all comes back but I think it is because yorkie breed tends to have more fat in their blood as both my yorkies tend to be high on that and my maltese is not.

Trust me you know when they have pancreatitis as they do not stop vomitting

I still do not like the beef -- how about xtra lean ground turkey ask vet as beef is too high in fat for a dog they may think has a mild underlying pancreas situation.

No treats just stick to basics as pancreatitis is very costly and yorkies are prone and after spending 10k I would not take any chances again with a yorkie
