I might also mention that if you want grass it is available at a cost....water, fertilizer, mowing, etc. Allow for some time of adjustment but I think you will enjoy the location. If you have any vet suggestions in the area I am open to suggestions. The worst part of moving will be finding new doctors, vets, someone to cut my hair etc etc!!
