I think they are more designed for the male dogs because those are the only ones I've seen. There are many sites online where you can buy them. If you do a Google search you're sure to find many. I heard about them from members here on YT so if you put the word out there I'm sure someone more experienced with the whole concept can explain it better and also recommend where to get them. I heard that they wrap around the males body and helps with potty training and marking because they go in the pad that's held on by the band. Most dogs hate the uncomfortable feeling so this helps them to hold it and they learn to pee when you take it off and go outside. Hope this helps and good luck!!
