HELP!! I rescued a yorkie from a bad situation and I am having trouble house breaking the little guy. He is 5 months old and has been nuetered. He was left in a cage all of the time and had no choice but to use it as his restroom. I have followed the advice of a few rescue groups and I have been crate training him first. I have a divider in his crate that only allows him to lay down, stand up and turn around. He is on a schedule and he goes outside every hour but about twice a day he will use the restroom in his crate both urine and BM. I also keep him right next to me either in my lap or on a leash when he is not in his crate. If anyone can tell me what to do to help him I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!!
