Sonya I feel the same way.
I have had a whelping take over 8 hours. But the puppies kept moving down and there wasnt a huge gap in time. This was with 7 puppies.
Then Nala had 8 puppies and it took 7 hours total.
This is just too long of a gap between puppies...2-3 hours and I would have already been on my way to the vets.
It is good that the puppy is still moving.
