No to address the issue. New house New rules. Just because they are trained in one house, or even in one room does not mean they are trained in all houses or in all rooms.

You might need to go back to crate training or at least restrict the areas that he is allowed to roam in.
I pretty much said that in the first post I made to this thread.

"Yes go back to teaching him the way you first had success as dogs do not generalize so peeing outside and going to the door to ask in the old house is not the same as in the new house and must be taught all over again."
