The two Yorkies are owned by a famous TV Celebrity's daughter over here and I have met her twice and she is such a lovely lady. She is the campaign leader of Vets Get Scanning to try to enforce a law to be past that all new pets registered with a vet are scanned for a chip incase they have one and are even lost or stolen so they can be returned to their owners. |
