I think perhaps that should be worded to say that most people do not celebrate it as a religious holiday and not all people that celebrate it are involved in the occult. I have several celtic wiccan relatives as well just know some down right scarey people that celebrate it as a religious holiday and view it and celebrate it as an occultic holiday.
The Celtic Irish actually observed this day as a holiday before the Catholic church delcared it All Hallows day.

Like I said, I do not take offense to someone sending me a halloween greeting or saying happy halloween. My kids dress up and have fun at our church thing, and we arent judgemental toward others that are out having fun with it.
