The Better Business Bureau has given an F, not because they have investigated, but solely because they did not receive a response.

Why, maybe language is a barrier, I don't know.

I have complained to them to no avail for other matters not related to this, why, because not many people take the time to go to them. They are useless.

Now AAA is a different story, You have a problem with a car repair and report to AAA and you get results. Any auto repair registered with AAA has to go by very strict rules and is inspected yearly. They visit the station on a regular basis.
Better Business Bureau takes your money and does nothing.
