We don't celebrate halloween, although we have a fall festival at church where the kids dress up and all that. I am not offended if someone says something to me about halloween. I understand that people celebrate it, and most all do it in good fun and just because I feel conviction on it, doesn't mean that people that celebrate it our bad people. Also, I HATE it that anything religious about any holiday (christmas, easter, etc) cannot be mentioned in schools or anything like that because it might offend someone, so I would be just as bad to get mad about the same type thing. The only time I would be offended is if someone knew how I felt about the morbid/occultic aspect of it, and deliberately send me something with the intention of trying to get my goat.
That is very nice of you to apologize to anyone you may have offended. I know I personally would not have been offended by it. This coming from someone who doesn't celebrate Halloween.
