I need to have a collar on him here in Kentucky. We have a leash law and if he was to get out and loose without his tags on, I would be fine $$$ as well as him being picked up & taken to the pound. I have a nutty neighbor whom is the watch dog around the neighborhood. He calls the city and reports people for their dogs being loose as well as their grass being too tall. Plus, I take him for walks and if he was to get loose, there again, he would be without his tags. I had to register him for the city and get tags. Then he also has a tag for his chip as well as his I.D. tag I had made. |
