Yeap! What if the dam cannot fillful their part of the contract with the pups that are produced - then the stud owner needs to step in. They too are responsible for producing the pups.

Just because a male yorkie (they think) is small or that he AKC registered does not constitute using him for breeding. I am not saying this is what you (DogLover007) thought. Just that I have heard it before. There is so much more to breeding than that.
