We adopted Camden at almost 2 1/2 yrs old and gave her that name!
Supposedly her name was Muffin/Muffy, but considering where she came from, I don't think she really had a name.
She knows her name is Camden though! We call her Cammy for short, but she generally comes to us even if we are calling the other two!
