My 12 week old puppy has started making a wierd noise after she eats and drinks... It kinda sounds like a sneeze/ human itching their throat... Does that make sense? LOL Any advice on what it could be from?

She eats Canidae, and gets cheerios as a treat and drinks water of course! LOL
