I worried too when we decided to get Puff (chi). Gypsy was 2 yrs old and very spoilt. Very much a lap dog. She still is only now she shares my lap with Puff. They both have to give me kisses at the same time. They are competitive for my time but we work it out. Jim sd instead of getting him a furbaby, we got Gypsy one.
