I made a similar post when contemplating getting Holly. Trust me, if they are lap dogs they will find a way to be on top of you. There are many times when I have Holly on my shoulder and Gracie on my chest, or Holly on my lap and Gracie on my shoulder. At night they both snuggle up together right next to me. There is enough love to go around. I have to be honest and admit that I have a stronger bond with Gracie, but she was my first dog and I have had her longer. Were just soul mates. Don't get me wrong, I love Holly very much, just not quite in the same way as Gracie. Gracie loves Holly, and thoroughly enjoys having someone to keep her company when I am at work. Gracie is very protective of Holly. We are happy! Oh yes, Gracie and Holly are about a year apart in age.
