So I'm a worry-wart anyway, but the lead in the pencil is what would concern me. You might try googling to see if lead is toxic to dogs. These smaller dogs are more sensative to toxins than bigger dogs, as it takes less to effect them. The rest of the pencil will probably just pass through.
