I'd continue w/ meds, as directed. UTIs often come back, which is frustrating. Honestly though, I find it concerning that she is losing her bladder this easily. It's more common, with the burning in a UTI, that animals will pee on something "cooler" like tile or something. So, I almost wonder if there is more going on here. Maybe not, but it may warrant further exploration - another visit to the vet or a wider spectrum antibiotic....

I do hope she's feeling better, those UTIs are miserable for humans and animals alike.
