You'll have to wait until she has had all her shots plus two weeks for full immunity which is around sixteen weeks. Until then, puppies shouldn't be taken in any public dog areas like grooming salons, pet stores, dog parks, even common areas in apartment complexes or neighborhoods.

Puppies get immunities to deadly diseases from nursing their mother. These immunities will attack and kill the viruses in those first vaccines leaving the puppy completely unprotected from deadly diseases. Parvo is especially dangerous for puppies. It is shed in the feces of infected dogs and can live on surfaces for months. It can even be carried on car tires and shoes.

We had a family a few summers ago lose both their Pomeranian puppies to parvo. The puppies had had two of the three shots and the owners sadly thought they were protected.
