My yorkie just lately has started panting all the time. It drives us crazy. She doesn't run around to cause it, she could be sitting in our laps and pants. She also has some freaky skin things twice a year. Where she gets these small bumps on her back and scratchs at them all the time. We took her in to get a cortizone shot last weekend and it didn't work at all. Anyways, need some advice on the panting..worries us.
