I feel your pain. Baxter is 13 lbs too. I get "is he a Yorkie?", or they distinguish between Cooper and Baxter as skinny/fat. My husband gets mad over this, too. My neighbor especially loves to say it. Finally he told her he was going to call her over the next time Baxter was getting a bath so she could see he is NOT fat, in fact he is very small for his frame once you look at him wet!!!
