Dear YT family, I havent had much time to log on here lately so I wanted to take some time and come on here to post an update. First off I’d like to thank everyone for the concerned emails I have been getting but more importantly I'd like to apologize for any late orders over the past couple months. This year has been very different for me, no longer having my assistant of 3 years, and having had a baby and therefore managing all orders myself with less available time has made me unsuccessful in accomplishing the same volume of orders in my usual website allocated 2-3 week timeframe. This summer when I debuted my new embroidery designs I got a large response of orders and this has put me behind. I do personally sew all my Tinkerbell’s Closet designs once they are ordered and the embroidery work on my new designs also takes me longer to make than I had anticipated, further adding to the amount of time it takes to get orders out. So I am so very sorry if I have disappointed anyone who has ordered from me this past Summer as this was of course never my intention to get behind. Initially I thought I could quickly pull myself out from this backlog of orders but unfortnately I have been unsuccessful in managing to do this. So unfortunately in conclusion, for the time being my current timeframe on orders is now 4-5 weeks until I am caught up. Therefore I am no longer accepting any Halloween orders, Thanksgiving themed items or special request orders for items/designs that are not on the website. I have put my Christmas designs on the website so if you would like to order any of those items be sure to get your order in soon. I want to thank everyone for your understanding and your support. I love sewing for everyone’s furbabies on this forum and so I hope to be able to devote my time to getting caught up so I will once again have a faster turn around time and be able to take on special requests.
One more quick note: while I am devoting all my time to sewing and catching up on orders I have not and will continue to not be able to log on YT as often as I'd like. Therefore if anyone has any questions about orders or products on my website please email me, do not pm me as I will not see it until I log in which may be a while (I also tend to receive a lot of spam emails and I have a size restriction on my email box and therefore I do not have any forums linked to my business or personal email notifying me of pms or post so I will not receive any notification until I am able to actually log in to YT) So be sure to send an email to either
