In my opinion.. it is IMPERATIVE that your dogs have a winter jacket and sweaters if you live in the cold. they are SUPER cute and functional. Yorkies only have one coat (hence they dont' shed) but can't maintain their body temperature... so they NEED to have a sweater and jacket on. Layla won't wear boots and im not sure they are as important... just make sure the hair between their pads are shaved so they dont' get balls of snow in there.
