I thought I would
faint the first time I bathed Toto ... took Patrick and me both! We didn't know how cold-natured she was and even after wrapping her in a thick dry towel she shivered! My poor Patrick ... Toto is shivering like crazy ... I'm wailing "I just know she's going to die ... I have probably given her pneumonia!!" He, always the calm one, calmly got a little heater from the garage ... plugged it up in front of us and she finally warmed up. Even now, I push the heat to 75 or the A/C [whatever the season] and we just "sweat" until Miss Prissy Paws is comfy again!!
