You will really need to check each item. Maggie (3lbs in Sept) wears xxs but one of the dresses is tight on her and the xs is way too big--just got this earlier this week. I also got her the white dress and it seems to be slightly big around her chest but fine at her waist and length. Her chest is 9 1/2".
