All I did was cut out flour and sugar and anything made with flour and sugar (all the good stuff!!) - but it's true that the less of those things I eat, the less I want them. I keep busy compiling a cookbook of all recipes that fit the criteria and altering recipes to make them fit. That's fun.
As far as exercise - I am mentally ready to start the exercise, but I have really, really painful plantar fasciitis and can't walk, so I don't know what to do!! I'm leaving for Florida on Tuesday, so I'll try swimming!
