Biting I seen this problem on Caesar and It's me or the DOG, they both handled it differently. When ceasar got bit he would immediately grab the dog and put him on his side. He would not release him until he was calm and laid there. After this the dog did stop biting people.
On Its me or the dog the lady would scream OUCH and then turn around quickly and ignore the dog, basically letting him know that he hurt her and that if he bit he was not going to get any attention. And of course that dog stopped biting also. Of course it does take some work, but yorkies are very smart and can catch on easily.
I find these shows very helpful with training techniques.
Another thing, do you rough house with hi allowing him to bite when playing. This is the way alot of puppies begin their biting. Its play to them. So I would also recommend no rough housing with him either.
