Well I have always wanted an elegant black and white outfit but I have yet to find a fabric that catches my fancy, so this is the closest thing and I am happy with the results . . .I wanted more umph to the already elegant velvet and tafetta fabric so RED became the perfect accent color . . .Also thought to take a picture of the sleeves so you can see the rosettes that match the accent rose florettes on the waistline . .
