Is it possible that they are all playing together? Dogs ARE known to chase other animals. Lots of members have cats and yorkies and after a while they have gotten used to each other. I wouldn't recommend getting rid of him just because he chases the cats. That's just something most dogs do, and I hope you had taken this into consideration before getting him. He's just doing what feels fun and natural to him.
