I don't know. I suppose it's a possibility that she hears things. Does she sleep in the same room as you? If not, try putting her in your room or bed. Mine always slept from the time we go to sleep until morning. Perhaps she doesn't like her sleeping arrangement. You might consider some sort of change to accomodate her...just experiment.
