Somtimes the little ones can get upper respitory infections and you have to be careful about it turing into pnemonia ~ plus he was in the 'baggage' area of the plane and he could have gotten a 'chill' from that and now that is turning into an upper resp. infection, etc...
I wouldn't mess around being that he is so small and fragile, they can go down quickly...
