OMG... Too funny, everyone running around their neighborhoods, chasing small dogs!! Been there, done ThAT! I do it for awhile and give up... the last time I just went and sat on the porch,,cause if you run after him, forget it! The last time my neighbor said " He's over here, want me to get him?" I said " Good Luck to ya!" He didn't do any better. Then when noone was chasing him,, he walks up to me on the porch,, like " why aren't you all worked up, yelling and chasing me?" So, I just got up and walked calmly in the house and he followed me... and hasn't done it since.
