Mine has had two episodes of hypoglycemia in the last three weeks. My vet said she definitely needs pedialite in her system, especially if she is throwing up her nutrical. Also, if you have a syringe, blend up some of her food with the pedialite and push it down her throat. It was really hard for me to do this, but it worked and she was better within a half hour. Also, I have been feeding her white rice with chicken and since then, her sugar has not dropped. Hope this helps, keep us posted.
