Truvia is made from rebiana, the "best" tasting part of the stevia leaf.
Truvia™ - Nature's perfect sweetness™ have information on it. It also is 100% natural and all the other good things that stevia has to offer. I guess Coca Cola has rights to it ( truvia) and in the future it might use it in their products.. according to articles that I read.
After reading things about truvia and learning about the stevia plant, I am wondering how stevia got past us LOL. Now I must go to Trader Joes this weekend and I will get some to try too! Thank you for informing me of where to find Stevia!
