I've stated this in the past, but must reiterate it here.... contracts are a necessary part of doing business.... If you have well drafted contracts, you can avoid these issues.... I, too, am sceptical as to the nature of the deal as I would never purchase foundation stock or show potential dogs until 6 mo of age unless I knew the breeder very very well.... I would most certainly give the entire deposit back and sell these puppies properly (good homes, alteration specifications, ect...) Also, to what "speciality line" are you referring? There are wonderful families here on Yorkie Talk looking for quality puppies.... Post here for buyers perhaps....
