well he is just playing with you... because you do "give in" (as we all would) and give him treats. So he knows he'll get them eventually. However, when Layla was young we had to hand feed her... for quite a while... and we did... But try a higher quality food.. that way even if he does just eat a little... you know it is all good stuff. try a food like wellness or merricks- they make a great canned food.

can you try giving him kibble in his Kong and use a big treat to plug it up so he has to work at it- Layla thinks her kibble is a treat when it is in her Kong... so funny
