You should have everything Furlotte. You got copies of everything when you were suspened from CFA. Each and every month CFA publishes the Almanac and under "Permanant Suspension" is this:

Amazing how you seem to forget what happened in 1999. Dog or cat registries do not permanantly suspended breeders without due cause. Yours was falsifying paperwork, selling/not delivering and animal cruelty.
