Max is adorable! Anyone who can't see that clearly has bad taste! I think the one ear up and down thing is cute and sets him apart. It only adds to his charm.
I think I would try my hardest to respond with kindness. "Well, we think he's just perfect. It's funny I've never heard anyone say anything negative about his looks before." Kind of turn it around on them and make THEM feel like maybe they are ugly (at least on the inside). |

I didn't have time as I was walking out of the room. ( I just don't understand her )
I have never said anthing about her dogs, or her kids.
