hmmm...if the vet said it won't help, then I guess they are right. I worked at a vets office for 7 yrs, and when my parents got our mini dachshund he got neutered at 10mths and was perfect aftwards, prior to that he was marking in the house, kitchen, on my PILLOW...and it stopped.....
I wonder if you can just make a loud noise when he humps to sorta scare him away from doing so!?
