Wow, I'm totally speechless! I can't believe the lady was telling you it was a nick and wouldn't even apologize. Glad the actual groomer apologized and seemed sincere. Sounds like the store owner needs a good lesson in ethics. I'm so sorry for your baby and you all. I'd definitely teach her a lesson and also the suggestion about putting it in the paper to see if anyone else has experienced this is a good idea.
