I am so terribly sorry that your baby was injured. After many bad experiences with groomers, I groom my Toto myself. Any time I use scissors on her, my fingers are between her and the scissors! I would rather cut off my finger than harm her! I would like to commend you for your self restraint!! Had I been in your shoes, especially after they appeared so unconcerned, I would have had my hands up around her throat!!
