Oh my goodness, how scary for you! Poor little Emma! I wonder what happened there, especially since she's had these before. I mean, I've given them before too - and I always remove 95% of the marrow, of course, because of the high fat content - and never had a problem. Do you think maybe she had too much marrow or something and for some reason, on this particular night, it upset her tummy?
I do hope she is back to feeling good.
