Wow - I feel so sorry for your puppy and you. I too didn't think it would be much of a injury until I saw the pictures - wow! It looks so red and painful - poor puppy! I don't know what you can do but there MUST be something. Go to the head person. Is there anyone 'over' the owner of this place? Is it a chain franchise? I would be SO upset if it happened to my baby!
Something more MUST be done so that it doesn't happen to someone else and just the attitude of the owner is enough to
